Event manager

Hello! This is deeplay, an IT product company. We develop systems and solutions in the field of intelligent games (I-gaming).
Now we are looking for an Event Manager to organize offline events in Brazil.

Main tasks:

• Organization and implementation of offline events;
• Preparation of product promotion plan;
• Participation in the development and ordering of marketing and promotional materials for the events (flyers, t-shirts, qr codes);
• Attendance and control of events;
• Communicating closely with marketing team;
• Sourcing service contractors for event implementation;
• Interaction with event partners/contractors.

These tasks will require:

• Sales skills;
• Experience in organizing offline events;
• Experience of working with CRM-systems;
• Communication skills and the ability to quickly navigate in force majeure situations that may occur at the event;
• Knowledge of the service market in the field of event management.
