🔍 We are looking for an HR generalist. You will be responsible for all HR initiatives related to onboarding and offboarding processes, performance management, compensations, and benefits.

⚒ About the role

What you will do:

  • Supervise and continuously improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage and improve benefits package and effective well-being programs for employees
  • Gather and analyze IT market data and research salary ranges, benefits packages, etc.
  • Liaise with vendors in your area of responsibility: manage tenders and contracts, coordinate invoicing and payments
  • Create and implement HR guidelines such as employee handbook, performance management process, onboarding, relocation support
  • Promote HR programs and support internal communications
  • Support automation of HR processes, such as employees vacations tracking, flexible benefits control, etc

🕵️ What we are looking for

Must haves

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes
  • Experience in C&B
  • Analytical skills
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Project management skills
  • Fluent English

Nice to haves

  • Experience in automation of HR processes
  • Relevant experience in an international company
