Business Analyst

Flow Health is a network of clinical laboratories providing large scale COVID-19 testing (and a full spectrum of other clinical tests!). Our in-house laboratory information and management system serves the needs of users ranging from our own employees in labs, in the field, in billing and customer success to our clients, clinical, corporate and general public.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in CIS.

We are searching for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented Business Analyst for our Product team.
Our ecosystem has 5 products that solve different problems and serve different users. You will have a chance to improve our Lab operations by analyzing and refining our business processes as well as documenting them to make sure everyone is on the same page. With 8 heavy loaded labs in the United States, your impact will be noted and appreciated.

As a Business analyst you will:

• Communicate with various users and do research together with Product Owner
• Analyze our current operations/ business processes and document them accordingly
• Analyze and improve business logic in the system, document and communicate it to developers
• Document User Stories and support dev team during development
• Support cross functional initiatives to drive actions as a result of business insights

We would love to work with you if you :

• Have structured thinking, you can decompose complex issues using common sense and other fancy techniques like MECE, Minto Pyramid, etc.
• Have business oriented and helicopter view, you strive to understand the logic behind business decisions/processes
• Have at least 2-3 years of experience working as a business analyst
• Speak English (Upper-Intermediate level+)
• Know various business notations (BPMN, UML, Flow Charts, etc.) and are able to see what’s needed
• Understand scrum/ kanban/ waterfall frameworks, have an experience with at least two of them
• Are familiar with User Stories/ JTBD concepts
• Are interested or experienced in MedTech/Lab (desired)
