Место работы / Location: Светогорск (Выборг, Санкт Петербург), готовность к перезду.
Формат работы: гибрид 3-4 дня в неделю, потом может быть 2-3 в офисе
Релокация: жилье на определенную сумму либо квартира, либо гостиница
Дополнительные условия: компенсация человеку и семьи + имущества + подъемные, ДМС и страхование от НС
Годовой бонус: 20% от годового дохода
Основные обязанности / Job responsibilities:
Основные обязанности / Job responsibilities- Implements HR policies and programs including workforce planning, talent acquisition, staffing, recruiting, compensation, health and welfare benefits, employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, training, employee relations and retention, completing personnel transactions.
- Advises managers in terms of talent acquisition, talent management, people development, employee disciplinary, application of labor agreement.
- Partners with departments managers on development and delivery of their people plans that directly support and enable their business/manufacturing objectives:
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action;
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
- Advises and provides support to departments managers in the following areas:
Talent Management:
- Leads talent assessment in departments helping to identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.
- Leads succession planning and talent development in departments, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
- Facilitates implementation of IP Performance and Development Roadmap.
- Identifies employees ready for the promotion and rotates best talents across different functions in the organization.
Recruiting and On-boarding:
- Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding.
Training & Development:
- Defines training needs for departments.
- Provides timely, effective and direct coaching to departments managers, assisting in the development of leadership skills.
- Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
- Assists with the development of and monitors the spending of department training budget.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Ensures implementation and execution of IP global and local principles & practices in the area of compensation and benefits.
- Partners with department managers to prepare and execute annual budget for personnel costs.
Organizational Development:
- Acts as an organizational and simplification champion, challenges the organizational structure of departments, builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with managers to maximize team performance.
Employee Relations
- Partners with management to communicate HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
- Advises managers about performance management and improvement systems, counsels on performance improvement plans development and ensures their implementation.
- Advises managers and supervisors about disciplinary actions. Counsels managers on employment issues.
Требования к кандидатам / Requirements:
Образование / Education- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Business, or Organization Development or equivalent. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Three to five plus years of experience in Human Resources positions (in various HR areas of expertise, i.e. recruitment, management, etc.) or other leadership positions.
- Experience in a manufacturing company, ideally multinational
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of labor laws.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; HR IS systems (e.g. SAP HR) is preferred.
