Chief Marketing Officer

Your role at Vestan:
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing our marketing and growth programs. You will be able to roll up your sleeves to get started and will have the resources to grow and build a team, internally and externally, to help you execute on the strategy you develop

You will work directly with our Founder/CEO and taking full ownership of our online presence and customer acquisition programs. To be successful, you will already have experience building and running digital marketing campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth. The position is full-time remote or relocation to Paphos, Cyprus.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing a feasible marketing plan.
• Defining marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
• Driving the evolution of our brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences. You will promote the company as an innovator to the press and public and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, and social channels.
• Conducting thorough analysis and work with performance channels to bring them to a new level, brand marketing, affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO and other channels. Analyze marketing campaigns (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio);
• Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
• Building and growing a marketing department. Identify talent needs, hire and manage a high-performing integrated marketing team.
• Contributing to new business development initiatives and soft launch of new products
• Participation in top world exhibitions and conferences

The Successful Applicant has:

• Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role in B2C minimum 3+ years ideally in gaming, gambling, crypto
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Communication and EQ skills
• In-depth knowledge of big data analysis / Data driven approach
• History of launching successful campaigns
• Fluent English
• You will need to be not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and be able to communicate a clear vision for the business
