What you will do

• Communicate with stakeholders and leaders of departments and business units to understand their business needs and support their operations and development
• Develop and monitor business metrics and business KPIs
• Business performance analysis and optimisation
• Analysis of deviations in business performance
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
• Expand and automate business performance monitoring solution and processes
• Participate in strategic planning and business planning
• Markets and competitors analysis
• Communicate proactively insights and analysis done by the team
• Build and lead Business Analytics team to meet the analytical needs of the Company
• Implement and manage the processes of the team (hiring, development, growth, operations, business support, analysis)

Requirements

• Previous experience (5-7 years) in analytics and 2-3 years as a team leader of analytical teams
• Business oriented with organisational skills
• Highly analytical with critical thinking
• Good level of Math and Statistics
• Excellent knowledge and skills in analytical and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Fluent English (at least C1 level)
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics
