IT Recruiter will work with the recruiting team to deliver our challenging hiring plan.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting including screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies and build a pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles.
• Manage any external recruiting agency relationships.
• Assist with HR, recruitment marketing and employee branding initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally and develop strong relationships with managers through status updates, and constant communication.
• Manage applicant tracking system ensuring effective engagement and usage of the system.

Recruitments:

• 3+ years of full lifecycle IT-recruiting experience.
• Вackground and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting professionals across levels and functions.
• Technology recruiting experience required.
• Data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
