Full time, remote. This position requires a minimum four-hour overlap with USA 8am-5pm EST

🤓 About the Role

As a Product Owner of Automations you will be responsible for the development and direction of a brand new product area reporting directly to our Senior Product Manager of the stream. Your challenge is to introduce our new product area from small MVP to a globally launched main revenue stream. Your goal is to ensure that our clients can unlock the value of SMS automations and use it to drive more revenue for their business.

You will also be focusing on optimizing and personalizing the user experience for businesses across different verticals and of all sizes and introduce a brand new product to help our customers to build complicated multi conditional trigger based SMS workflows. In this role you will work tightly with Design, Engineering, Customer Support, and Marketing teams and will be the voice of the customers when prioritizing sprint backlog and plan new releases.

 

🔥 Responsibilities

  • Influence Automations stream roadmap, as well as shaping and contributing to the dev team’s sprint backlogs
  • Operate in product triad with the tech lead and designer making decisions on the ongoing discovery and delivery of features
  • Define epics/user stories and establish acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional (technical) requirements
  • Gain customers’ insights from multiple sources to enhance the product: being able to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback and use it to drive business decisions
  • Become an expert in Sinch SMB business logic (data structure, architecture, events, 3rd party tools integrations)
  • Contribute into building a product culture by practicing rapid experimentation, evaluating the initiatives based on the impact on the company objectives, and focusing on learnings

 

✌️Who you are

  • Bi-lingual: fluent in English and Russian languages
  • Technical background and 3+ years of product management experience preferably in SaaS B2B
  • You're familiar with the concept of Agile development and love to be a part of a scrum team
  • Good understanding of complex data logic architecture design and implementation
  • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems driving team effort, cross-functional collaboration and coordinating stakeholders
  • Experience managing API products
  • Experience with JIRA, Figma, ProductBoard, Miro and other remote team collaboration tools
