Account Manager

We, Interexy, specialize in mobile application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Game, Health, Social Media, etc.

Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for an Account Manager. We are looking for someone, who has huge experience in communication with clients, an open-minded and socially active person. You are able to support and negotiating with the clients to achieve personal and team results.

What you'll need to do:

• manage outstaff projects(payments, agreements, upsell, solving issues, etc);
• establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key people on client’s side;
• in collaboration with the team and client’s key people identify the potential issues and problems client business is facing to propose solutions to solve them;
• negotiating and signing contracts with clients;
• client support.

What is important to us:

• English level C1+;
• minimum 2 years of work experience in IT;
• ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
• experience in making contracts and invoices;
• solving current organizational issues, resolving conflict situations, collecting feedback on the programmer's work;
• highly motivated, proactive, results-oriented personality, ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines;
• excellent written and oral communication skills.
