The Company

  • • The company is an international FinTech start-up registered in the Netherlands that has gained proper funding by the European and the US investors
  • • The product is a technology platform available for its customers online. The software offers a fully compliant end to end range of fintech products targeted for small and medium business. The product line includes a range of digital banking products offering a service that helps its customers forget about accounting issues they have experienced in the past
  • • The current markets where the company offers its products for clients are Italy, France, Germany with an ambition of further market growth across Europe in the near time
  • • Now the company are looking for a Customer Success Team leader (Customer Success Team, Customer Care department)

Role description

  • • We are looking for a strong CRM manager to build the best communication strategy for Company users. Someone with sharp marketing skills, strong analytical judgement and the ability to manage simultaneous projects within a rapidly growing environment

Responsibilities

  • • Developing customers on every stage of their lifecycle: welcome program, activation, development, churn prevention
  • • Segmenting customer base and generating hypotheses together with Analyst
  • • Launching from “zero” and continuous optimization omni-channel communication scenarios
  • • Improving post-campaign analytics and dashboards
  • • Working closely with the Product team to better understand product features and customer journeys
  • • Collaborates with IT team to develop CDP functionality, new channels integration and data flows

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • • Fluency in both written and oral English
  • • At least 3 years of experience in CRM marketing
  • • Advanced user of CRM/CDP platforms (Exponea is a plus)
  • • Experience working with omni channel communications, personalized non-public offers and AB-testing
  • • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • • Data driven approach for decision making

Will be an advantage:

  • • Good understanding of Banking & Payments Industry;

  • • Self-starter - ability to work independently and good attention to detail
  • • People skills - Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people
  • • Adapting to change – not afraid to challenge the status quo and adjusting quickly

Languages

  • • English language skills both spoken and written
