Recruiters are one of the most important positions in every talented team. So we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT-Recruiter ready for full cycle work. Your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive and the best. We’d love to have you join us.

Your duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, tech skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
     

We’re really looking forward to you having these skills:

  • Knowledge of the european hiring
  • Experience in it-sourcing at least 2 years
  • Fluent English (B2-C1)
  • Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
  • Good time-management and multitasking skills
     

It would be perfect if you also have such soft-skills:

  • Well-developed communication skills: not afraid to establish first contact with people, able to articulate thoughts correctly and clearly
  • Goodwill, positive attitude towards people
  • Thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
