ClearScale (headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA) - AWS Premier Consulting Partner, has been offering a full range of professional cloud computing services for over 10 years, including architecture design, DevOps automation, refactoring and cloud-native applications development, integration, migration, solving all sorts of security issues (from just a security check to preventing cyber-attacks) and 24/7 technical support using the best advanced technology.

Overview

Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating and hiring candidates. To be successful in this role a recruiter must be highly motivated, have strong work ethics, exceptional communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced sales culture.

Responsibilities
 

Candidate Development

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates using recruiting strategies such as leveraging the existing network, job posting, sourcing, messaging, and direct recruiting.
  • Performs behavioural based interviews and screening process to select qualified candidates that suit ClearScale's staffing needs best.
  • Meet the activity metrics and performance goals determined by the Recruitment Director.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency and self-confidence while working in a results-oriented environment.

Candidate Management

  • Apply best practices, company tools and methodologies effectively and efficiently. Documents activities accurately in the applicant tracking systems (Zoho Recruit).
  • Retention is managed through consistent communication with candidates: Gives feedback, counsels and coaches when necessary. Builds long term relationships with candidates being a resource beyond one position. Provides insights on the market trends.
  • Actively engaged listener who absorbs information and asks questions.
  • Maintain morale throughout assignments, and promotes candidate referrals.

Industry Experience

  • Understands relevant employment law to avoid unlawful employment practices during the recruiting
  • Provides knowledge to recruiting and sales teams to strengthen team environment.

Excellence and Growth

  • Keeps up to date with trends and thinks creatively, updates recruiting strategies and improves marketing approach to attract top candidates.
  • Communicates across multiple platforms and channels to reach more candidates and maintains profitable relationships.
  • Represents ClearScale's recruitment team professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Follows all ClearScale's policies, procedures, and other relevant controlled documents.

Solution Execution

  • Consults ClearScale's talent strategy and works closely with Directors and Hiring managers to business needs and issues.
  • Participates in team meetings to get the feedback from colleagues and to take proper action on recruiting.
     

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in full cycle recruiting and hiring in IT and Tech
  • Cloud engineering (Developers, Devops engineers) recruiting experience is a must 
  • Track record of effective sourcing strategies, especially in hard-to-find talent areas
  • Experience in developing hiring manager's capabilities and advising the business on the most effective hiring strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to execute the recruitment process including sourcing, candidate selection, interviewing, making offer recommendations and negotiating offers
  • Ability to work efficiently in team environment and to successfully build relationships with peers, HR, hiring managers and upper-managers.
  • Skilled in multiple recruitment technology, including ATS and sourcing tools (Zoho Recruit would be a great advantage)
  • Ability to carry communication in English in emails and on calls with candidates and US / EU teammates (ideally - Fluency).
