Community manager

Basic requirements

⁃ English with eloquent crypto part

⁃ deep understanding of blockchain and industry trends

⁃ deep understanding of what the crypto communities live and breathe

⁃ knowing opinion leaders and influencers, understanding news virusing

⁃ proven track record community/support/SMM/content in crypto 1 year +

namely, in Reddit, Twitter, Telegram, Discord

⁃ experience in using Intercom services

⁃ creativity and strong generation of own ideas, proactive approach

⁃ real experience in growing the community/followers by mechanics and hacks

Responsibilities

First part of your work:

⁃ Grow the community/followers on Telegram, Twitter

⁃ Implementing that in the best way with best engagement

⁃ Generate activities in our chats and our own resources

⁃ Collecting interesting ideas and suggestions from the community

⁃ Conducting audience surveys

Second part of your work:

⁃ Support of our users in chats and live website chat

⁃ Interaction with business (leads, key employees) and clients in the field of technical support on the project;

⁃ Control over the execution of orders from clients;

⁃ Working on custom development together with the product team, working with reviews;

⁃ Work in the intercom, in live chat;
