Agile Coach

Role Description
Agile Coach has a true passion for agile product development, able to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. As a trusted advisor, Agile Coach helps to build and enhance the agile ways of working across product teams and functional chapters, identifies training needs and conducts workshops to educate teams on agile values, principles, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Introducing and coaching Agile principles and practices across the delivery teams
• Creating and improving Agile processes within product squads 
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
• Working with Product Owners, to handle backlogs and new requests and guiding them through User Story Mapping, Roadmap preparation and Backlog prioritization
• Monitoring the quality of processes
• Helping with delivery forecasts and objectives and key results monitoring
• Guide development teams to higher agile maturity
• Ready to find and remove barriers
• Improving team collaboration

Experience, Competencies and Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally within a start-up environment
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban
• JIRA / Confluence configuration
• Practical implementation of Lean Start-up approach and Design Sprints
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ideally with technical background
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Higher education
• Advance English, fluent Russian
