Senior product designer

A distributed team with HQ in San Francisco and Singapore is looking for a senior product designer to help build a great tool for remote workers. A once in a lifetime chance to join a global team of amazing people. In just six months, we’ve been on a journey:

• From around 20 business ideas in areas like Metaverse, Web 3.0, Carbon removal, etc., to a working MVP of B2B SAAS 💸
• From “I can see why someone has this problem” to “you guys must be reading my thoughts ” on customer interviews.
• From few drafts to tens of pages and hundreds of frames in Figma 🖼️

We’ve made a conscious effort to be extremely detail-oriented and customer-centric when it comes to product design 💎. As the product evolves from closed to public beta, our customers demand new features, and our pipeline of experiments expands. Therefore, we’re looking for someone 🧑‍🎨 who would help us deliver a fantastic product without compromising on great product design.

By joining our team as a Senior Designer you would have a chance to:

• Learn what we already know about the customers and the market, and contribute to our product vision
• Enhance (or even reinvent) our product visual language 🎨
• Lead Design sprints 🏃 and iterate on a product in close contact with customers
• Own the in-product customer journey and optimize it by means of design
• Team-up with our product manager to build a design roadmap 🛣️ and execute on it

What you will need:

• At least two years of experience in web product design
• Proficiency in Figma and knowledge of what is under the hood of a web layout 🛠️
• Understanding of how human attention works 👀 and how it impacts UI/UX design guidelines and principles
• High esthetics standards 💎 and a feel for animations, typography, and layout
• Ability to read analytics and understand quantitative 📐 and qualitative data
• Know how to build a design feedback loop 🔁
• Portfolio to demonstrate all of the above ✅

It would be a massive plus if you have in your portfolio:

• Consumer web apps such as finance or analytics 💹
• Productivity or no-code tools 📊
• B2B admin panels made for humans 🤖
• Mobile apps 📱
• Ads
• Landing pages 🛬
• Blogs, magazines
