Lead QA Engineer / Руководитель отдела тестирования

We are looking for talented and motivated Lead QA Engineer to set up and steer Quality Assurance / Assistance topics in our product development team. The product - AI based platform which provides support to sales employees helping win deals and build long lasting relationships with customers. The platform records, analyses and understands the customer conversations in real-time, coaches and gives insights into how to do better sales.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Responsible for defining and executing QA strategy
• Provide technical expertise in test automation, methodologies, processes and tools
• Building and maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards
• Develop and maintain automated tests using appropriate tools, frameworks and programming languages
• Focus on continuous QA improvements

Key requirements

• Be a leader with experience in implementing and shaping QA processes and strategies
• Mentor and assist QA team members and developers in creating automated tests
• Have strong technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, in a continuous delivery environment
• Have an understanding of Software Development Cycle backed by automated CI/CD
• Good know-how in one or more frameworks like Selenium, REST Assured, Gatling, etc
• Know-how of at least one coding language like Java, JavaScript, Python, etc
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage
• Experience working in a distributed team
