We are currently looking for Xamarin Developer. 

In the role as of Xamarin Developer, you will become a pivotal part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), with development teams in both Poland and Denmark. In SWS, we are developing software for desktop, mobile and cloud solutions enabling our customers to get the most benefit out of our hearing aids. Currently we are building a new feature team that will be working on rebuilding the existing mobile applications into one Xamarin cross-platform mobile app. The application is an innovative solution allowing tele medicine and remote control of hearing instruments.

What will you do in this role?

• Analyzing and consulting design requirements with team members and external teams;
• Designing, modeling, implementing and testing solutions in accordance with design requirements;
• Participating in planning and estimating the cost of the design requirements;
• Throwing, repairing and verifying errors according to adopted process;
• Creating and participating in the activities of reviewing the technical documentation in accordance with design requirements;
• Helping in software architecture creation by providing high quality, innovation and ease of maintenance software produced;
• Reviewing solutions f. ex. in terms of compliance with the architectural assumptions
• Solving complex design problems;
• Being engaged in the department/team development by assisting in the creation and implementation of the department/team strategy;
• Preparing technical presentations developing skills and competences of the team.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

• Experience in Xamarin development;
• Experience in .NET development;
• A knowledge and experience in mobile-apps development;
• Passion, self-driven personality, courage to challenge existing solutions, inquisitiveness;
• Quality focus and thoroughness in general;
• Higher education degree or equivalent;
• Language: fluent English.
