Recruiter (blockchain)

My Little Planet is an outstanding project, being produced by a geographically dispersed team of standout professionals with a lot of experience in hyper-casual and idle games. Currently, our team of more than 10 people is growing and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled recruiter, with a deep understanding of IT headhunting for a GameFi (web3) project. Responsibilities

• Independently managing the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and conducting interviews to hire, support, and develop new talent.
• Finding and engaging ‘passive’ candidates via Boolean, LinkedIn, and other alternative platforms.
• Close collaboration with management for a better understanding of the company’s hiring requirements to then proactively find and organize interviews with positive candidates.
• Continually searching for new opportunities to elevate our brand by identifying best industry practices, evaluating competitors, and developing strong collaborations and partnerships.
• Helping new talent in the onboarding process.
• Ensuring that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience.

Our best candidate

• At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in Game Development or IT (recruitment experience in the blockchain environment will be an advantage)
• Proven experience working with IT teams.
• Deep understanding of all technical terminology needed for effective communication.
• Ability to properly understand the business, analyze competitors and build an effective strategy to approach candidates.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• High sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
