About Us

About You

You are a very highly energetic and motivated individual who is deeply familiar with full-cycle recruitment and passionate about furthering a career in HR.

Here are some things you’ll do every day:

  • Ensure a smooth, quick, and consistent candidate experience
  • Source, screen, recruit, and close top-tier talent
  • Own relationship with hiring managers — become a trusted partner
  • Act as a champion for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Act as a Chatfuel ambassador promoting our culture and vision and ensuring a positive HR brand in the market

You should apply if you meet these minimum requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of IT recruiting experience in a fast-growing company is ideal, relevant recruiting agency experience is great too
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment for technical roles preferred
  • Passionate about and curious to learn more about tech
  • Have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
  • Have exceptional communication skills and professional judgement
  • Comfortable working individually as well as partnering with a globally and culturally diverse team
