The Product

Improvado’s product is an Enterprise Data Platform for Marketers, Data Analysts, and Strategists that allows you to easily aggregate data from 250+ marketing platforms like Google and Facebook, into one place, transform that data into the format you need, and visualize that data in your platform of choice. We automate up to 90% of manual work related to reporting and uncover large revenue-generating opportunities for your Marketing teams that are hidden amongst the data. Improvado’s ability to process large amounts of data at high speeds enables us to help and customize solutions for Enterprise Brands more than anyone in the market. Today, some of our partners are Monster Energy, L’Oreal, ASUS, etc.

Job brief

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist / Junior SysOps to join our IT Operations and Integrations fast-growing team.
To maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, networks, and SaaS business applications.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing?

• Monitoring performance and maintain SaaS applications according to requirements
• Lead project management tasks of new SaaS application changes and new features implementation
• Regular org routine, as onboarding/offboarding/role changes/etc...
• Maintaining PCs/Notebooks (hardware/software) for employees
• Support building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

What do we expect from you?

• Experience with databases, SaaS, user access management systems
• Programming languages basic knowledge of: SQL, JS, Python, Json, bash
• Atlassian JIRA administration practice
• Ability to create scripts in JSON/XML publish API (rest, restful) endpoint and request
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills and Agile mindset

Which extra experience/skills will be a plus?

• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, SOC 2 & HIPPA standards, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification; e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
• ITIL methodologies and best practices
