Senior Product Designer

Flow Health is a network of clinical laboratories providing large scale COVID-19 testing (and a full spectrum of other clinical tests!). Our in-house laboratory information and management system serves the needs of users ranging from our own employees in labs, in the field, in billing and customer success to our clients, clinical, corporate and general public.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in Russia and CIS.

As a Product Designer you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide area of the Flow Health LIMS. You will create UX for our in-house laboratory information management system, so your clients will be your colleagues - laboratory scientists and accession team but also providers and patients.

We would love to work with you if you:

• have 3+ years of proven experience in UX design
• have a strong portfolio - demonstrating all types of design across various customer touch points, written in English
• are passionate in designing of complex systems with large number of scenarios and technology concepts
• know how to research and offer UX solutions without having references available
• know how to manage balance between simplicity and efficiency of the system
• are passionate in visual design, user interfaces and digital communications, with an appetite for driving the brand of the company
• are experienced and/or education in formal UX practices, user research, prototype development, usability testing
• are comfortable to present and defend UX solutions to executives
• are an Expert in Figma
• have Excellent multilingual communication skills and fluent written and spoken English is a must
• can work both independently and in tight cooperation with multilingual and multicultural development teams

Desired :

• understanding and/or hands-on skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript and React/Redux
