QA Automation Lead

CreoLogiq focuses on financial instruments and our aim is to deliver services to facilitate both day-to-day operations and special needs of consumers, using modern highly-automated cloud infrastructure, developed in accordance with the highest quality standards of the online industry.

You will be involved in improving the test automation processes and, together with the team, improve a strategy for automating manual regression and setting up new frameworks and technologies.

Our QA team writes tests on JS, and we use WebDriverIO as a test automation framework. 

You’ll be challenged to build a fully automated continuous deployment pipeline.

What you will do:

• Lead a team of QA engineers specializing in different products of the company (manual and automated), and also participate in day-to-day testing where relevant
• Establish QA workflow to ensure equally high quality of testing for all the products
• Determine the strategy of further automation testing and implement it within the team
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA engineers
• Automation testing of back-end/front-end/mobile
• Align the processes of Automation QA throughout the trade domain
• Share knowledge and experience of best practices with QA teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of overall experience as a QA Engineer
• 2+ years in a QA Automation role, including significant back-end experience
• Ability to write well organized and modular test scripts using JavaScript (Nodejs)
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium/Selenoid/Moon (WebDriverIO, Protractor, NightwatchJS, etc.)
• Experience in building performance tests (k6 framework/ Grafana)
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and XP practices as well
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Strong experience with testing APIs
