Senior Product Designer

Hi, we are looking for a smart motivated person to join our team as Senior Product Designer. This is a unique opportunity to design and launch new mobile and web app products based on industry-leading seamless technology and know-how.

We are a funded mobility startup, one-of-a-kind digital product that helps car owners and auto fleets solve day-to-day tasks with their cars. Think of Booking.com for car owners: YEZ unites various partners – VW, BMW, Kia, ROLF, Major, Mobil, Shell, Castrol and others – in one auto service marketplace with quality control, security of transactions and 100% fulfilment along value chain. We are creating an ecosystem, a super service based around car owners using smart recommendation algorithms and telematics.

Who you are

The ideal candidate would be with 3+ years of experience in mobile and/or web product design and entrepreneurial mindset. We expect you to have at least 1-2 successful launches of products from scratch having deep practical knowledge in all steps of the process.

Experienced. You know in practice product and customer development approaches and work daily with key design and product frameworks.

Curios. You are keen to know everything and more about current and future customers.

Experimental. You need to be a non-traditional thinker – YEZ does not have any direct analogies.

Team player. You will work with your peers from marketing, engineering, product and other teams.

Influencer. You look around corners and to the future taking into account what has worked in the past.

Skilled. You know how to translate your knowledge and taste in typography, color, layout into intuitive, consistent, and lovable interfaces.

What you will do

• Create and own mobile and web app design, from ideation to delivery
• Develop and improve current web products with the focus on mobile experience
• Support engineers by providing relevant specification of behavior
• Design new ideas that will significantly improve user experience
• Study new concepts and projects beyond the core mobile and web app
• Create, cultivate and support YEZ Design System
