Digital business analyst

Hi, we are looking for a smart motivated youngster who will join our team as Digital business analyst.

We are a funded mobility startup, one-of-a-kind digital product that helps car owners solve day-to-day tasks with their cars. Think of Booking.com for car owners: YEZ unites various partners – VW, BMW, Kia, ROLF, Major, Mobil, Shell, Motul, Castrol among others – in one auto service marketplace with quality control and security of transactions.

Who you are

• You love to learn and hold a diploma from a top-tier university OR can show outstanding entrepreneurial skills and results
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong willingness to grow in digital, hi-tech, e-com and startups
• Readiness to deal with interdisciplinary tasks / multitasking
• Proactive and entrepreneurial behavior
• English – upper-intermediate

Would be a +

• Proven leadership track record (olympiads, competitions, clubs, performances, etc.)
• Decent GMAT and/or TOEFL scores
• Some experience in business analysis / consulting / e-commerce fields
• Basic understanding of customer development and product development methodology (CJM, USM, TM, Job stories, etc.)
• Basic understanding of automotive industry

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders on wide range of business tasks – from market research and analysis to HR to project management and product development
• Actively contribute to new product design and launch: research, data gathering, interviews, business process mapping, financial modeling
• Prepare presentations and analytical materials
