About project and position overview

The company seeks an enthusiastic Product Manager who is excited about innovating the future of banking. Must love challenging projects, creative solutions.

This position is remote, full-time, and requires some overlap with Pacific daytime hours.

This position is perfect for someone who has a genuine interest in software creation. Applicants need to be able to understand the product in all its delightful (or otherwise) complexities.

 We’re looking for people with experience in taking creative reign of a project, be it a professional endeavor, an academic pursuit, a personal passion, or similar.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality work in the Product Owner/Product Manager role according to SAFe standards
  • Exercising judgment over day-to-day decisions in the project
  • Using industry-standard tools for project management, documentation, and software deployment (Atlassian suite)
  • Writing about, demonstrating, and training technical concepts
  • Taking creative control of software modules
  • Managing design and specification of Mobile&Online Banking features
  • Working closely with clients - US Credit Unions and Banks
  • Working closely with development and QA team

Requirements:

  • Experience in Product Management
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to work remotely, managing own and other’s time
  • Eagerness to add value to the project without extensive supervision
  • Superior communication abilities, both written and verbal (in English)
  • Experience in Banking
  • Experience in mobile applications (iOS/Android)
  • Experience in formal Project Management
  • Ability to review and discuss technical solutions/information (APIs, proposed architecture, etc.) with developers and clients
