IT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS MANAGER

Providing support to the Business Applications Group of the Information Technology Department by managing of development, implementation and maintenance of business applications and services.
The purpose of this role is to contribute in the development, implementation and support of Market Business Applications' systems/services portfolio through various business projects implementation based on modern IT technologies and best practices.
Manages projects and other activities (including those performed by business functions and/or Internal/External Service Providers). Supports and coordinates assigned projects, activities connected to implementation and modification of the corporate IT system SAP HR Payroll for all RU-entities on the Market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define the business needs and lead projects for the applications implementation/upgrade at the JTI Petro and other Russian JTI factories.
  • Team Management. Be responsible for the team, take care and control the processes.
  • Stakeholder Management. Be in constant contact with key users and understand their requirements.
  • Incident and Change Management. Ensure control over business applications, perform regular monitoring of change requests from users, ensure incident management. Follow the SLA and KPIs.
  • Vendor Management. Close interaction with suppliers for effective and timely resolution of incidents and projects implementation. Review supplier proposals and provide recommendations for tenders and benchmarks. Make sure business requirements are met.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • University Degree in the fields of Information Technologies/Computer Science/Mathematics;
  • Deep knowledge of the business processes, in the field of HR management and payroll accounting;
  • Deep knowledge in SAP HCM (HR+ payroll);
  • Project management experience (budgets, resource planning, etc.) in the area of software development projects implementation;
  • Strong time management, planning and coordination skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good analytical and mathematics skills;
  • Well-organized, self-disciplined, responsible and result-oriented person;
  • Structured approach and attention to details;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
  • Experience in people management;
  • Experience in external suppliers/vendors management.
