Community / support manager

Basic requirements

• fluent English with eloquent crypto part
• deep understanding of blockchain and industry trends
• software architecture in general and blockchain architecture in particular
• deep understanding of what the crypto communities live and breathe
• proven track record community/support/SMM/content in crypto 1 years +
• namely, Reddit, Medium, Twitter, Telegram, Discord
• experience in using Intercom services and TG Bots
• creativity and strong generation of own ideas, proactive approach

Responsibilities

First part of your work

• Communication with users on all social networks
• Collect feedback and generate a report on requests(+provide three custdev surveys per week)
• Support of our users in chats and live website chat
• Follow of a mechanic for servicing / processing customer requests
• Interaction with business (leads, key employees) and clients in the field of technical support on the project;
• Work in the intercom, with TG Channels/Chats, in live chat, Twitter, Discord

Second part of your work

• Generate activities in our chats and our own resources
• Collecting interesting ideas and suggestions from community
• update Knowledge Base section
• provide testnet, airdrops and community mechanics

Schedule: 2/2 from 9:00 to 21:00
