Senior IT Recruiter

In 2022 we plan to double the R&D team to support international growth of Wheely. Our team is looking for a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter, who will develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies to hire best talent.

This role is for someone who thrives in a face-paced, growth-focused environment. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft interview processes and find/close high quality technical talent with little direction. You will have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and drive towards building diverse and passionate teams.

Wheely is a chauffeur-hailing app that is setting a new standard in urban transportation. It provides affluent consumers with a premium, comfortable, and consistent chauffeur-driven experience on demand.

Wheely is currently available in London, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Paris. We have recently raised a $15 million Series B round to fund growth in top tier cities.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process for engineers (Golang, Ruby) and Analysts. Mostly they will be seniors.
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
• Strategise different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns.
• Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
• Be a trusted partner to hiring managers. Coach and train them on interview and selling skills.
• Participate in adaptation process of new starters.
• Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
• Ensure that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally both agency setting and in house in tech environment.
• Experience working with engineering teams and hiring for technical roles.
• Successful track record of attracting top senior engineering talent.
• Experience independently partnering with leadership on hiring initiatives.
• Passion and understanding of technology.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
