We’re a growing international company from Helsinki (Finland) that helps online stores by automating the discovery and embedding of product videos. We are also actively developing a recently launched solution for brands to automate the delivery of their video content to online retailers. Our team is spread out across 7 countries around the world.

Our growing product team is looking for a Sales Engineer who will take the ownership over a technical assistance of our customers and internal teams, as well as participate in product development. This is a multi-functional role implying close collaboration with different teams and people and also some pure technical work. We are happy to onboard a kind, supportive, proactive and thoughtful person to this role, who likes to dig deep and research the solutions, solve new and unusual challenges and adapt to the changes.

Here's what you will be doing:

  • consulting customers and sales managers on implementation and usage of our products
  • architecting and building solution integrations with customer’s platform
  • configuring the accounts for customers and prospects
  • assisting the onboarding, being proactive in ensuring the value the customers get
  • communicating and solving product issues together with the Development team
  • responding to ad-hoc issues, customer problems or wishes
  • working with the database and logs to understand, evaluate and respond to possible issues
  • acting as a medium in communication between Commercial and Development teams
  • using your superpower in applying programming skills for developing additional features or internal toolset

What are we working with:

  • Node.js, TypeScript, Ruby
  • Ember.js, Angular
  • HTML, CSS, XPath
  • MongoDB, MySQL

We're expecting that you are:

  • Fluent in English and Russian
  • Willing to help others and respond to questions
  • Understand the development processes
  • Familiar with the basics of web-development (HTML, CSS)
  • Able to read and understand JavaScript code
  • Ready to perform basic operations with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Interested towards e-commerce and SaaS business
  • Attentive to little details and are ready to dive deep into the context
  • Having good analytical skills — customers in e-commerce are eager to operate with the data
  • A person of can-do attitude and are willing to learn a lot in a short time
