Key responsibilities:

  • Participation in all stages of pre-sale development of the project: from Customer's needs identifying and translating business requirements into technical requirements to preparing a technical and commercial proposal and further presentation to the Customer;
  • Participation in meetings with Customers to identify their needs together with the sales Manager;
  • Project Qualification;
  • Creating technical requirements based on the Customer's business needs;
  • Forming a project team, attracting highly specialized experts, setting tasks for them, and managing the development of the solution architecture in a team;
  • Development of a non-standard technical solution design;
  • Solution specification;
  • Development of project documentation (including Technical Specifications and top-level Design) and its approval within the company;
  • Calculation of project implementation costs, development of a technical and commercial proposal;
  • Development of the client solution presentation and protection of the solution to the Customer;
  • Optionally participation in solution implementation or Low level design writing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant field;
  • Higher technical education;
  • Experience in developing the architecture of contact center solutions;
  • Deep understanding of contact center operational management processes;
  • Knowledge of Genesys equipment;
  • Preferably knowledge of Pure Engage and Pure Connect solutions;
  • experience in setting objectives for the development team
  • Understanding the market structure and key players. The ability to present the pros and cons of a decision in a reasoned manner;
  • Experience in developing integration solutions, including integration of CC with CRM systems and Omni channel solutions;
  • Familiarity with the laws and regulations of the Russian Federation regulating the activities of contact centers (including Federal law 126 "on Communications", Federal law 152 "on Personal Data Protection", Federal law 38 "on Advertising", Federal law 149 "on Information, Information technologies and information protection»);
  • Professional and expert levels of certification are welcome in terms of confirming their own expertise;
  • Experience in project management and solving non-standard tasks;
  • Knowledge of design rules, experience in preparing project documentation in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the Russian Federation;
  • High communication skills;
  • Ability to work with the Customer, including management;
  • Experience in public speaking, protecting the results of work performed;
  • Good level of English proficiency;

Optional requirements (would be additional benefits):

  • Knowledge or competencies in coding Java, Scala or C#;
  • Knowledge and implementation experience of Zoom or Verint recording systems;
  • Strong skills on Speech Analytics / ASR/TTS/ Chat-bots
  • Experience in setting objectives for the software development team
  • Knowledge of WEBRTC
  • Knowledge of SBC/ Kamailio
  • knowledge in the field of network technologies: TCP/IP stack, MPLS, Ethernet, principles of building a network infrastructure LAN, WAN;
