UX/UI Designer

We are a London-based early-stage Fintech start-up with a vision of building an innovative global banking system for crypto assets and bridging the gap between traditional banking and fast developing digital assets. 

What you need

* Portfolio of work in digital design (web and apps) is essential.

* Experience working on designs around user-facing financial products (Banking, Fintech, Blockchain, Crypto)

* Experience in user interface design, web design, and prototyping.

* Excellent graphic skills.

* Proficiency in all things digital, daily user of new platforms, apps, and interfaces

* Advanced user of professional design tools through commercial work (Adobe, Sketch, Zeplin etc.).

* Ability to comprehend complex tasks and work your way towards effective solutions.

* An eye for simplicity, clarity and typographic excellence.

* Absolute must-haves: reliable, self-motivated, productive (get things done).

* An understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Principles 

* An experience with Flutter Widgets will be a Plus

What you’ll be doing

* User Interface design on Sketch/Adobe and prototyping in Marvel/Invision/Figma.

* Ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

* Collaborate with product development & marketing teams

* User research - understand what the user wants and why.

* Wireframing.

* Transform wireframes into pixel-perfect screens to the highest standards.

* Organising, designing, curating UI assets.

* Prepare Style Guides and work on the brand assets

Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a thorough understanding of interaction design fundamentals

* Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

* Ability to solve complex design problems

* Ability to understand the problem, user pain points and user needs.

* Ability to understand data and use it effectively in the design process

* A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matter at each stage of the release cycle

* A portfolio that shows your high quality and detailed Product Design work.
