We are looking for an Experienced Product Owner for one of our portfolio companies based in Greece.
The successful Product Owner will have good communication skills and is able to understand the needs of the business stakeholders and communicate the priorities to the development team. The Product Owner will protect the development team from business influences and allow the development team the flexibility to be creative in their design solutions so that they can maximise the value created for the business.
Responsibilities
- Support divisional sales in designing solutions to support the business partnership
- Manage delivery of projects and coordinate with divisional stakeholders
- Ensure there is a consistent approach & methodology established for program and project management with best practice tools and processes
- Own and update the RACI matrix and the RAID log and ensure timely reminders to CoE team and its stakeholders and vendors
- Regularly review progress to check if the project management methodology is being correctly used
- Ensure there is Divisional and Functional alignment around the Business strategy
- Prepare and present all updates for leadership, CoE team, divisional stakeholders, external vendors and other functions
- Relate with other Product Owner and align constantly with the Product Owners Coordinator
Tech Expertise
- Identify the right technologies and propose new tech projects to improve and automate business strategies
- Work with IS to optimize and converge infrastructure and platforms
- Continually evaluate and improve these tools ensuring they are easy to use and that they deliver value to our customers
- Own the Business Requirement Gathering process and content for all technical projects supporting Business – both from divisions as well as from the CoE
- Bridge the functional and technical understanding for Divisions, CoE and IS department
- Support technology integration and data management
- Work in close coordination with the IS department and Global project teams to roll out technology project implementations smoothly
Requirements
- BSc/BA in a relevant business/tech field
- MSc/MA in a specialized relevant tech/business field will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a business consultant/project manager or equivalent
- Knowledge of Salesforce Suite to an advanced level (Salesforce Admin certification)
- Knowledge of Agile (if already used in previous project is a plus)
- Knowledge of Requirement Collection and User Story Logic (if already used in previous project is a plus)
- Knowledge of creating and maintaining a backlog
- Knowledge of any of the following CRM product (Microsoft Dynamics or SAP)
- Knowledge of any of the following Marketing product (Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua)
- Knowledge of process workflow (IF THEN condition, WHAT IF situation etc…)
- Good business document requirement writing, with proven experience
- Fluent spoken English
