We are a telecom/SaaS business with 10 years of history.

Our main product is software that enables call centers to boost their efficiency. It facilitates call monitoring, ensures an even distribution of call workload among agents, and provides agile efficiency reporting. With its help, companies can increase revenue and ROI on call centers and see an improvement in the overall customer satisfaction level. The software is remarkably flexible and fits any call center environment (inbound/outbound/blended). It has wide functionality, a well-thought UI, and a number of useful integrations.

We expand our product team to increase the pace of service improvements and new feature implementations within the product portfolio. The job holder will work as part of a small multi-functional & highly skilled team in Moscow handling a variety of questions and issues from customers.

We are looking for a IT Product Manager to join our team and become responsible for the improvements and enhancements of existing product features, from an idea to the production stage. You will be exposed to all the facets of product development, from writing requirements and prioritize tasks to manage them through QA to production releases.

Supported by the core Product team you’ll work to build compelling products to win customers and increase customer growth and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Work across teams on technical solutions and dependencies
• Analyze and translate business requirements into simple and functional user flows
• Be able to figure out what needs to be done, and drive execution successfully
• Manage project plans for on-time development and ensure that all involved teams are working on the right things at the right time
• Establish trustworthy communications with developers, designers, and management teams along with the ability to effectively collaborate with them to achieve goals
• Prototype alternate UI mockups and product solutions for review and validation
• Work with project management tools, like Jira
• Be very attentive to details

Essential skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• An engineering or development background
• Experience as a Junior Product Manager or Technical Project Manager is plus
• Proven track record in technical documentation writing
• Ability to communicate in English effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to be effective working under pressure
