Hi, we are Coins.ph HR team. Nice to meet you, our future colleague!:)

Our team is  looking for an IT talent sourcer  who will join our Tech recruitment and HR team. 

We are searching for a like-minded person who will strengthen our team and will take on the hire for talented specialists. 

And now we need a researcher who knows Asian, Russian and European candidate’s market very well or would like to work with them.

This is an opportunity to join a team building financial systems that will improve the lives of millions of people throughout Southeast Asia.

YOU WILL DO

  • Compilation of descriptions and post of vacancies, search for sites for posting
  • Search for resumes for related openings 
  • Maintaining a database of candidates (working with resumes, sources and tags, We use Trackstar Hire ATS)
  • Initial written communication with candidates, appointment of interviews
  • Working closely with a recruiter

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Minimum experience in recruiting / sourcing in IT / Digital(but a big desire to work with this area)
  • Experience with career sites and professional social media groups/networks
  • Good spoken and written English - will be a big plus for you(we are english speaking team)
  • Proactive work and strong desire to growth
