Product Manager, Search Functionality

We are looking for Product Manager to be responsible for Search Functionality. You will work closely with engineering, analytics and UX/UI design teams, as well as business owners. Main scope - elements on the search results page and the product page that the user interacts with.

What you will do:

• Improve the user experience of interacting with the search results page and the product page
• Grow the conversion rate from a search and product page user to a buyer
• Develop search suggestions, correction of typos, search navigation, etc
• Coordinate product launches and control crucial metrics
• Perform retrospective meetings and support further product development

Candidare profile:

• At least 2 year of Product Management experience (preferably in E-Com or Search)
• Strong analytics skills, ability to design and interpret experiments
• Good project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of digital and e-comm business metrics
• Experience in working in agile teams (Business – Product – Engineering)
• Ability to confront business / tech pressure and find win-win solutions
