Over the last 5 years, Palta has launched such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health with more than 40 mln MAU), Prisma (app of the year 2016, 150+ mln downloads), Simple (#1 fasting app in the US). Currently, Palta family includes 9 mobile apps, all focused on digital health&wellbeing market. More than 600 Palta employees work across Europe in UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries.

Palta family is rapidly expanding with over 200 new team members joining each year. We're looking for a skilled recruiter to work with Palta HQ as well as our startups. In this role you'll be working with a high level of autonomy. Your job scope would cover the complete talent acquisition process.

Job responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment for tech, marketing, product, finance and legal vacancies
- Onboarding new team members
- Helping startups shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
- Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve Palta HR brand
We expect you to have
- 6+ years of recruitment experience for various types of roles in tech (large product companies and startups are highly preferred).
- Profound knowledge of all modern sourcing technologies
- Great communication skills and client-centered approach
- Self-discipline and ability to work autonomously
- Eye for detail
- Fluent English
