We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team and be responsible for defining, leading, analyzing, and socializing UX research studies in close partnership with our designers and product managers.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Define and measure UX approaches and UX metrics constantly improving the user experience for our customers
- Partner with Design, Product Management and Data Scientists to build and execute research plans that impact the product roadmaps
- Drive insights from quantitative and qualitative data identifying gaps and customer pain points, as well as potential customer delighters through A/B testing, benchmark studies, interviews, usability testing, and surveys that influence product and design strategy - both tactical and long-term decisions
- Track, communicate, and evangelize insights from your research across product teams
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/product researcher or similar role, on a complex B2B product suite with a proven record of seeing products from concept to delivery
- Fluent English
- Experience in GameDev and/or FinTech is a plus
- Experience with product analytics (using behavioral data to reveal usage patterns and insights)
- An effective oral and written communication style that allows you to make clear and convincing research reports
