Performance Marketing Manager

Hi! We're Icons8, an international team that creates and shares icons, illustrations, photos, music, and design software. We help designers and developers to express their ideas by giving the right design elements at the right time.

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our friendly crew. We offer either full-time or part-time employment. As it's a remote job, you can work from anywhere around the globe.

Your responsibilities would be:

• Explore, experiment, and boost the performance of different acquisition channels
• Conduct extensive keyword research, funnel, and CJM analysis
• Generate data-driven hypotheses, execute A/B tests to improve performance
• Manage media campaigns across various acquisition channels and geographies
• Monitor KPIs and keep track of campaigns' performance
• Spot growth & media opportunities to help drive revenue

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and web analytics
• Proficient in paid search, display, social media, video, and mobile advertising, social listening, and analytics tools experience
• Keen to measure and optimize ROI
• A/B testing and data analytics experience
• Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Key Planner, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Facebook Business, Twitter Business, data visualization, and analysis tools, and keyword tools
• You should like working together and experimenting together. It's not a position to follow the procedures; it's a position to learn and try new stuff together.
• You should like people, design, and technology (or at least some of them). You should know how to make them happy together.
• Fluent written English
