Security Manager

TietoEVRY is looking for a security manager:

Main responsibilities:

Country Business Security Responsibility such as:

• Working together with legal department on personal data management in terms of:
  • Customers services (hosting, software development, etc.);
  • Internal procedures, including cooperation with HR department.
• Interactions with state authorities:
  • FSB, FSTEC and RSOC licensing processes leading;
  • Periodical authorities’ audits pass.
• Interaction with Global Security team
• Development of local security procedures based on:
  • Global TietoEVRY policies and standards;
  • Local legislation.
• Improvement, development and application of local Security guidelines for:
  • TietoEVRY Russian Datacenters;
  • Local offices;
  • Customer environment, if required.
• Improvement, development and testing of continuity procedures and DR plans together with the responsible teams;
• Security Emergencies and incidents management and reporting, periodical security reporting;
• Leading IS internal audits and taking active part in and 27001 and ISO 9001 external audits – site preparation, employees and processes preparation. Security audits findings improvement;
• Information security and Risk Management;
• Premises security and Data protection;
• Corporate Security Forum Member.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in IT is a must;
• The sub-regional lead will be able to speak and write, read and understand reports in Russian and English;
• Confident knowledge of local laws in terms of personal data and telecom operations;
• The candidate should have the following functional competences:
  • Passionately care about protecting Company interest and serving others. Behaves with honesty and integrity, treats people with dignity and respect and able to listen to others;
  • Results-objectives-goal oriented; cost-benefit analyst, decision maker, strategic planner and tactical executive.
• Fully informed of security-related and personal data regulations in Russia;
• Ability to analyze raw information and able to stay calm and keep issues in proportion when under pressure and tenacity;
• Open-minded and flexible. Able to adapt to different corporate and social cultures, intellectually curious and interested in technological developments.
