Manual QA Engineer

RE Partners is a New York-based business technology consulting firm with the clients based mainly in New York. We are currently looking for a Remote Manual QA Engineer for our Fintech platform that simplifies personal investing and provides financial education which makes the product stand out among their competitors. The app was launched in 2015, has 5M+ users and has been featured by Forbes Fintech 50 in 2019, 2020, and 2021. 

You will identify defects and resolve issues through a series of tests while optimizing productivity and understanding technical concepts. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Developers in understanding both functional and non-functional requirements, will manage the release cycles of our apps: iOS, Android, and Web, and will develop QA processes to ensure we catch as many bugs as possible before release among other responsibilities.

Who we're looking for:

• 2+ years working in QA at a software company (startup environment preferred)
• Knowledge of manual testing
• Experience working with Postman
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
