Product Marketing Manager

Netwrix is headquartered in Irvine, California, and has regional offices in the U.S. (Ohio, New Jersey), the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Benelux, the Czech Republic and Russia (St. Petersburg). Due to the pandemic we have all moved to home offices, and have remained remote ever since.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager who will own product marketing for one of Netwrix product areas and work with product and sales teams throughout the complete product development cycle, from market and customer research to positioning, messaging, launch and sales enablement. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research of the market, competitors and customers to inform product, marketing and sales strategies
• Develop value-based positioning that communicates how Netwrix solutions uniquely solve audience’s problems
• Craft compelling messages and create marketing materials targeted at IT pros, C-level executives and other Netwrix buyers to drive demand for Netwrix products, ensuring technical quality and consistent brand voice
• Create and deliver sales training and tools to enable sales be successful in their job
• Plan new launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute the plan
• Prepare public appearances, such as booth content and event speaking slots
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer success teams

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or management, or equivalent working experience
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years of relevant product marketing experience in a technology company
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to translate technical or complex ideas into clear, concise and compelling message;
• Ability to prioritize work
• Ability to quickly switch between strategy and execution
• A self-motivated, passionate, curious personality with a growth mindset and a bias towards personal accountability and action
