Modern concierge service business unit welcomes digital projects manager. This is a hands-on position

Responsibilities:

• Digital strategy development & implementation in alignment with customer journey data and analytics
• Digital budget plan and execution
• Communication with agencies and suppliers on the digital project implementation
• Creation of technical task, product implementation with the help of IT providers and internal recourses, testing, RIO calculation

The perfect candidate:

• You can clearly show the correlation between investment/ digital channel/ amount of visitors and customers
• You have good command of English
• You are interested in lifestyles topic: restaurants, travelling, cultural events are valued and fulfilling experiences for you
• You have experience of Digital App implementation: development of technical task and work with providers
