Hi there! We are InsightWhale - a fully remote team of professionals that helps businesses to become data-driven. We provide Digital Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) services to small and medium-sized businesses based in the USA, Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Our team is actively growing, and we are looking for dedicated Sales & Account Manager.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage prospective clients (daily written and oral communication via Upwork, calls, emails, etc., follow-ups, preparing special offers, closing deals);
- Regular achieve targets (monthly revenue, average effective rate, clients feedback and other additional metrics)
- Preparing sales materials (commercial proposals & supporting materials);
Identifying frequently asked questions to create an efficient approach to provide answers to the clients; - Communicate with internal teams as necessary to answer any technical and other expertise questions;
- After-sale initial client onboarding and set up of projects (collecting initial information required for the team to start the project, introducing the team, etc.);
- Analyze our offers, materials, and recommendations to find improvement areas/increase sales and test different scripts and pitches to identify the most effective ones;
- Ensure use of CRM and accuracy of the data;
- Filling out weekly result reports.
Requirements:
- Successful experience in sales and key account management of B2B (Digital marketing, Web Services, Analytics or similar area) as minimum 2 years;
- Advanced English both written and oral communication skills;
- Strong negotiation skills and experience of online sales to foreign clients for 1 year;
- Strong analytical skills and experience of work with sales funnel (improvement of the sales funnel);
- Work experience with major business metrics like ROI, LTV, MRR and etc, understanding of how possible to influence;
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization and Digital Analytics will be a huge plus;
Self-confidence and desire to represent the company via different channels (video, audio, screencasts, social media, etc.); - Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines;
- Ability and desire to systemize & optimize working processes (categorizing, templating communication funnels, CRM optimization and etc.).
