VISARIGHT is a VC-backed SaaS startup based in Germany and operating globally. Our goal is to build the leading immigration platform in Europe.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Manager who will take over the development of VISARIGHT marketing & brand strategies, promote growth and expansion, implement brand plans, drive volume and profitability.

Responsibilities

- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, and email campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Development and implementation of a consistent brand strategy including the definition of style guides, brand guidelines, value propositions, and the brand vision
- Identify replicable strategies and tactics that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
- Establishing closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our activity turns into customers.

About you

- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management & brand marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive to achieve strategic goals in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Proven expertise and success in building the go-to-market strategy, target segmentation, and fostering industry reputation to support the sales process
- Ability to work with a distributed team across multiple time zones
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail.
