Product Manager

Palta is a global mobile health&wellbeing ecosystem. Over the last 5 years, Palta has launched such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health with more than 40 mln MAU), Prisma (app of the year 2016, 150+ mln downloads), Simple (#1 fasting app in the US). Currently, Palta fuels the growth of 9 mobile apps, all focused on the digital health&wellbeing market. More than 600 Palta employees work across Europe in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries.

WeatherWell is a new project in Palta portfolio with an ambitious goal to help weather-sensitive people mitigate the negative health effects of weather and the environment. We are a team of A-level professionals and will be glad to share our expertise of launching and scaling worldwide mobile products.

Position Overview

Product Manager/Product Owner at WeatherWell is a great opportunity for hands-on experience in shaping a novelty personalised health and well-being product. By combining weather and health we are doing what nobody has done before. This is a truly interesting endeavour with a variety of non-trivial challenges. You will work closely with the CPO, design and tech teams in the product capacity. This is a fantastic chance to quickly grow professionally together with the product and the team in a very dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
 

• Work together with CPO at detailing the roadmap and contributing to it,
• Write clear product requirements and feature descriptions, maintain the backlog,
• Drive the product discovery process, initiate user research and work with the results,
• Work together with the design and development teams to provide product guidance and feedback on features,
• Define and monitor product success metrics,
• Collect and analyse user feedback to further enhance users' experience with the product,
• Market and competitor research.

Requirements and Skills:
 

• 2+ years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner,
• Understanding of product life cycle, product development process,
• Hands-on experience with mobile products, APIs, client-server solutions,
• Knowledge of mobile platforms and guidelines, familiarity with tools and frameworks,
• Experience of work with development teams utilising agile methodologies,
• Technical background,
• Product analytics,
• High level of written and spoken business English (C1 and above).
