Senior content manager

German company DANDA Pharma (@danda.gmbh) is looking for a proactive and prospective senior content manager to be in charge of the english and russian content.

Fluency in spoken English is required!

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Content creation for all media (Instagram, Facebook, newsletters, ads, blogs)

2.On-going research of topics and trends in biohacking and health-tech industries

3.Following and enhancing current strategy 

4.Creation of graphics & technical task (also technical tasks for photo/video shooting if necessary)

5.Social media development based on the latest world trends and the company needs

6.Communications (communications with followers, commenting other profiles' posts, following the company's tone of voice)

7.KPI's fulfillment (reduction of CAC, increasing social media coverage and engagement, organic growth of followers, enhancing content quality – assessed by focus groups)

8.Making weekly and monthly analytical reports

REQUIREMENTS

1. 3+ years of work experience

2.Managing an Instagram account in a relevant industry

3.Innate literacy (!!!)

4.Research skills.

5. Ability to write according to a specified style and format (promptly)

6.Sense of composition and colour

7.Understanding of communications specifics in a premium segment

8.Team Player

Additional skills (not required but will be an advantage):
1.Programming skills for editing photos and videos to be used in social media (e.g. Photoshop,StoryArt, Instamag, Unum, Canva, etc.)

2. Programming skills for analytics (e.g. Instalex, iDirect, LeadFeed, Zengram, Picalytics, Appaction, Picaton, Minter, Feedspy, etc.) – if you have never used any of the programms, we suggest that you familiarise yourself with at least a couple of them prior to the interview.

TERMS

1.Work schedule: 9:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00, Mon-Fri

2.Competitive salary and bonuses (to be discussed with a successful candidate). For experienced candidates – starting from 80 000 roubles.

3.Registration under the labour code of Russian Federation after probation period (2 months)
