Описание вакансии

What you will do:

  • Maintain and develop strategic partnerships (commercial, non-commercial, barter) with key partners on the international and Russian; prospect and identify new partnership opportunities abroad.
  • Presenting partners solution for internal teams, manage the projects and identify potential scope of work.
  • Support the long-term relationship with key partners for MTS ecosystem, build workshops, manage the meetings with key stakeholders from each side.
  • Foster the relationship, including communication with C-level executives, to plan and execute strategic projects, and to help our partners success by delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • Be a passionate advocate for MTS

You will be good fit for us if:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant, proven experience in partnership management, business development, business/strategy consulting, ideally with 1+ years of experience in telco/IT business.
  • You have proven success in developing, executing and sustaining partnerships projects or deals.
  • Proficient in handling relationships with C-level executives.
  • Pro-active; with the passion to strive to go above and beyond what is required of the role. Possess the ability to prioritise well, and solve challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Russian, including presentation, and can effectively work in diverse, multi-cultural environment.
  • Result oriented, self starter, upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
