Main responsibilities:
• Recruitment: ensure recruitment process on time, cost and quality standards, using different sourcing channels (hh, linkedin, github, telegram)
• Conduct intro HR interviews, make recommendations, bring in technical interviewers and manage the process
• Data management: maintain all processes and candidate statuses throughout the process. Create job offers, and lead promotions from vacancy approval to salary definition and signing stage
• Projects participation: partner to develop process improvements to enhance the experience of candidates and internal stakeholders alike, resources management etc.
Main requirements:
• 2-3+ years recruitment experience in Hi-Tech company / placement agency
• Higher education in social science or related fields
• Fluent English and ability to assess English level of the candidates is a plus
