Social Digital Manager (Referral Mechanics and Games)

In the role of Social Operation Manager you will be responsible for:

• Developing Referral mechanics and Games for AliExpress app and third-party partners that help platform to grow user base through social channels
• Improving existing projects with a focus to increase K-Factor and decrease CAC
• Calculate business model to measure effectiveness of new projects
• Measure business success of existing projects and find “bottlenecks” to improve
• Helping PD and tech lead to prioritise backlog based on business targets
• Negotiating problems with other departments and third-party partners
• Preparing marketing researches and finding new solutions to boost referral tools in AliExpress

Candidate profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in social networks/ gaming / e-commerce company
• 1-3 years of experience in managing projects with UGC content / Social
• Strong analytical skills (ideally can do SQL queries)
• Excellent understanding of contemporary Social Media market and trends
• Enthusiastic and hard-working with positive attitude for every difficulty
• Fluent English
