Lead Experience Designer

As a Lead Designer at EPAM, you will be a part of a motivated, dedicated, and experienced group of people. Our Design team is responsible for building innovative digital experiences for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visual assets / participation in the following design activities:
  • Forming and discussion of Visual Design Brief
  • Working with modern grid systems
  • Designing of User Interface sketches, mockups, and prototypes
  • Style Guides, UI Guidelines, Design Systems creation, and support
  • Micro animations for User Interface
• UX Design area including the creation of the following UX assets:
  • Discovery and Research Documentation
  • Personas and User Scenarios, CJM
  • UX Briefs and Questionnaires
  • IA Schemas, Diagrams, and Mind Maps
  • UX Reviews, UX Reports, Usability Testing Reports
  • Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes
• Managerial and other tasks that might require lead designer’s participation:
  • Installation and management of delivery process on the project
  • Working closely with stakeholders
  • Conducting workshops
  • Managing pre-sale activities
  • Taking part in client proposals
  • Presenting and advocating design decisions
  • Leading design tea

REQUIREMENTS

• You have people management experience including hiring, motivation, mentorship, and running a successful team of visual designers
• Experience in full product development cycle: from research to launch, preferable with enterprise related products
• Capability to translate and convert business KPI’s to tactical tasks
• Talent to manage and eliminate conflict issues
• You have significant experience presenting work to and communicating directly with customers
• You have at least a B2 verbal level of English
